1 medium or small bowl

Ingredients
1cupplain Greek yogurt or skyr
2 to 3 tablespoonspure maple syrup (to taste)
2shotsfreshly brewed espresso
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2teaspoonscocoa powder(optional)
Instructions
Make a double shot of espresso.
If making a mocha version, add cocoa powder to the espresso and stir until there are no clumps.
Add yogurt, espresso, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a medium or small bowl. Stir well with a whisk. Taste to make sure it's sweet enough, and add more maple syrup if needed.
Place yogurt in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill before eating.
Once chilled, distribute into serving bowls and add any desired toppings.
