1 high speed blender
1 potato masher or fork for mashing
1 whisk or fork for mixing
1 standard size loaf pan or 8 inch cast iron skillet

Ingredients
4very ripe bananas
3 large eggs
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
2 1/4cupssprouted oats
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Begin by adding oats, baking soda, and salt to a a high speed blender. Blend until a flour has formed.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl with a potato masher or fork.
Add eggs to mashed banana and combine
Add dry ingredients (oat flour mixture) to wet ingredients (egg and banana mixture). Combine well.
Line a bread pan or 8x8 cast iron skillet with parchment paper, then add batter and spread evenly if needed.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting into the bread.
Remove from oven and let rest in pan 30 minutes before slicing
