Healthy Homemade Banana Milk (Easy Korean Recipe)

This homemade Korean banana milk recipe is made with natural ingredients like maple syrup, whole milk and pure vanilla extract. The simple ingredients in this easy recipe make a delicious drink that can be enjoyed any time of day!

Equipment

  • 1 high-powered blender

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk (preferably raw and pasture raised)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • ​To blender, add bananas, milk, maple syrup, and salt.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
  • Pour into your favorite cups and enjoy!

For Ice Cream

  • Follow steps 1 and 2, and then pour into an ice cream maker. Churn until thick and creamy! 

For Cold Banana Milk

  • Instead of fresh bananas, use frozen bananas. This will make a very thick drink, you may even need a spoon!
     Alternatively, add a few ice cubes before blending. It will be slightly less sweet, so you could add just a little more maple syrup if you want. 

For Chocolate Flavored Banana Milk:

  • Add 2 tablespoons or more cocoa powder to the blender before blending.
