1 small cup for mixing ingredients
1 mixing utensil
1 medium cup and handheld milk frother (optional)
1 12 to 16 oz serving glass (depending on desired amount of ice)
Ingredients
1/4cupstrong coffee (preferably 2 shots of espresso)
2tablespoonshigh quality honey
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
1pinchsalt
2/3cupmilk
1/2 to 1cupice cubes
Instructions
Combine honey with freshly brewed espresso, salt, and vanilla in a small cup.
If you prefer milk foam on your iced latte, froth milk in a cup with a handheld milk frother.
Pour coffee and honey mixture into the bottom of your serving glass.
Carefully pour cold milk over coffee layer.
Finally, add ice cubes to your drink.
Top with a drizzle of honey if you like, being careful not to add too much honey.
For a warm vanilla salted honey latte, omit the ice and warm milk in a small saucepan set to medium heat or medium-low heat and use a handheld frother for milk foam. Alternatively, heat milk by using the milk steamer on an espresso machine. Serve in a mug and enjoy!
