Ingredients
4hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
1/4cupmaple syrup
1/3cupwhole milk
2tablespoonscocoa powder
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
1pinchsalt
Instructions
Add hardboiled eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to a high speed blender.
Blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape this sides occasionally as needed.
If it is not blending smooth, add more milk a teaspoon or so at a time until it is blending properly.
Taste to ensure it is sweet enough, and add a little more maple syrup if needed.
Place blender with pudding in it in the refrigerator and allow to rest for at least 1 hour. This will chill the pudding and allow any remaining "hard boiled egg" flavor to dissipate.
Remove the blender from the refrigerator and give the pudding a quick blend before serving.
Distribute into serving dishes and add desired toppings.
