Healthy 3 Ingredient Protein Pudding (Easy Recipe)
This high protein pudding recipe is made with three simple ingredients - eggs, milk, and maple syrup. With this pudding base you can make delicious vanilla protein pudding, protein chocolate pudding, or banana protein pudding for a sweet and healthy snack!

Ingredients
6large hard boiled eggs
1/4Cuppure maple syrup
1/2cupmilk
Flavor Add-In Options
1pinchsalt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
cacao or cocoa powder
1fresh banana
Instructions
Add hard boiled eggs, maple syrup, milk, and any other optional ingredients to a high-speed blender. I recommend adding vanilla extract and salt to all 3 pudding flavor options for extra flavor.
Blend on high, until it has reached a creamy consistency. This may take a couple of minutes. Make sure to blend well for a creamier pudding.
You may notice a bit of a Sulphur smell from the eggs - don't worry. The smell disappears and is not tasted in the final product.
With a rubber spatula, carefully transfer pudding into airtight container or containers of individual serving sizes.
Allow pudding to chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or two. This will also ensure the Sulphur smell has escaped from the blended eggs.
