Healthy 3 Ingredient Protein Pudding (Easy Recipe)

This high protein pudding recipe is made with three simple ingredients - eggs, milk, and maple syrup. With this pudding base you can make delicious vanilla protein pudding, protein chocolate pudding, or banana protein pudding for a sweet and healthy snack!

Equipment

  • 1 high speed blender
  • 1 rubber spatula

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 Cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Flavor Add-In Options

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 fresh banana

Instructions

  • Add hard boiled eggs, maple syrup, milk, and any other optional ingredients to a high-speed blender. I recommend adding vanilla extract and salt to all 3 pudding flavor options for extra flavor.
  • Blend on high, until it has reached a creamy consistency. This may take a couple of minutes. Make sure to blend well for a creamier pudding.
  • You may notice a bit of a Sulphur smell from the eggs - don't worry. The smell disappears and is not tasted in the final product.
  • With a rubber spatula, carefully transfer pudding into airtight container or containers of individual serving sizes.
  • Allow pudding to chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or two. This will also ensure the Sulphur smell has escaped from the blended eggs.
