Why You Will Love This Recipe
Easy
This simple recipe is quick to make! First, make a raspberry syrup by heating raspberries with maple syrup and straining through a sieve. You can skip this step by using a store-bought raspberry jelly, if you prefer. Next, make a mocha mixture by combining freshly brewed espresso with cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Finally, layer the raspberry syrup and mocha mixture with ice and whole milk in your favorite iced coffee glass!
Healthy
This recipe can be made in a healthy way by making a homemade raspberry syrup instead of using a highly processed store-bought syrup. The raspberry syrup in this recipe is made with two simple and healthy ingredients: fresh raspberries and maple syrup! Another option is to use a seedless raspberry jam from the store, there are naturally sweetened options available at many natural food stores.
Delicious
If you’re a fan of chocolate covered raspberries, this is the perfect latte for you! Imagine combing the flavors of hot chocolate, strong coffee, and sweet, tart raspberries. It’s a unique coffee experience, perfect for any iced coffee lover.
