Simple Ingredients in This Nutritious Beetroot Latte

Real Beets: instead of beet powder, fresh beetroot is used to make this lovely pink latte recipe. Alternatively, you can use yellow beets to make a golden latte!
Milk: high quality whole milk is used to make this velvety latte. My milk of choice is non-homogenized and comes from pasture raised cows.
Espresso: strong coffee goes surprising well with beets. The combination creates a unique flavor that is perfectly sweet, lightly earthy, and bold. Feel free to omit the coffee, or use caffeine free coffee. For an iced beet latte, you can also use strong cold brew!
Maple syrup: use pure maple syrup to add a little extra natural sweetness to this delicious latte. Coconut sugar also works well!
Spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla add warming, spicy, and floral notes to this latte.
